JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Associate Director of Program Development and Management (PDM) in the Asia-Pacific Office (APO), the Manager, Program Development and Management will provide strategic support on program development and management to Habitat for Humanity International country offices in the Asia-Pacific region to ensure that programs and projects pursued by country offices are aligned with the country office strategic priorities and based on program quality and effectiveness standards. The role will focus on supporting the country offices (COs) in: (a) the review and strengthening of their strategies to ensure these are logical, coherent, feasible, desirable, and scalable; and (b) monitoring the implementation of these strategies, helping ensure they are on-track and have the appropriate capacities and technical support from APO Subject Matter Experts (SME) as identified by the CO’s plans.
