As the Manager, Program Office, you will lead the delivery engine behind our SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy portfolios—overseeing product launches, systems integrations, analytics, and operational readiness. You’ll guide a high‑performing team, strengthen governance and execution, and ensure our programs land with excellence across product, engineering, operations, and GTM.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Sr. Program Managers, Technical Product Managers, Data & Analytics, and the EMT program
  • Own program governance and delivery frameworks to drive consistency, clarity, and execution excellence
