Manager, Product Management Technical Enablement

Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Product Management Technical Enablement to design, build, and operationalize the technical foundations of Mastercard’s Studio operating model. This role owns the translation of product and governance intent into implemented system behavior, with Microsoft PowerApps and Dataverse as the primary execution platforms.

Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, this role is accountable for system design, workflow logic, data modeling, and technical implementation that enable consistent, scalable, and testable product development across the organization.

This is a hands-on, high-judgment role requiring strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to synthesize complex requirements into decision-ready, buildable solutions.
