The Metrology Lab Manager – Product integrity will lead a World Class metrology hub as an integral component of AGCO's supplier quality initiatives, sourcing strategies and efficiencies pursuant to AGCO's Farmer First model and NPS aspirations. The Metrology Lab Manager will be responsible for all elements of the Metrology Lab extending from the inspection equipment, lab employees, compliance to industry standards, facility competency, lab process flow, efficiency, safety and lab site communications between AGCO manufacturing locations.
