Job Description

Your tasks will further include:

  • You will ensure that work within the department is carried out in a timely and high-quality manner;
  • Developing the individual experience, knowledge and skills of the manufacturing and test engineers;
  • Coordination of the Engineering and Technology roadmap in cooperation with the Manager Engineering;
  • Clearly defining the required inputs for successful manufacturing and test engineering activities;
  • Drive and successfully implement improvements;
  • Reporting on the performance related to manufacturing and test engineering towards the Manager Engineering.
