Manager, Procurement Support

The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate strategic commissioning projects for community and social services within the Branch in Qld Health identified as priorities or emerging issues for the government.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders engaged by the Department to support the project.
• Provide sound procurement advice, including technical guidance to manage procurement issues and risks as they arise, ensuring alignment with the 2026 Queensland Procurement Policy and related Department of Health procurement guidelines and processes.
• Manage day to day communication with key stakeholders, and work in partnership with the independent probity advisor to complete the market approach.
