- B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) will be an advantage.
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Preferably from Automotive Industry or Aviation Industry.
- Proven track record in managing procurement for technical equipment, spares, or Aviation ground support systems.
- Experience in handling a team of 2–3 procurement professionals.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and develop team members for performance excellence.
