Role Summary:

The Manager – Process Optimization and Change Management will be responsible for driving end to-end enhancements in financial reporting processes. The role involves assessing existing workflows, identifying control and GAAP gaps, and designing standardized, efficient, and compliant processes that strengthen the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of financial reporting and related deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across financial reporting and related finance functions.
  • Evaluate existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical, sustainable improvements.
  • Assess process-level and control-level GAAP gaps and ensure alignment with accounting standards and internal policies.
