Job Description

+ Lead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and operational metrics

+ Conduct process reviews, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements

+ Reduce cycle times, errors, rework, and off-system/ad hoc requests across core HR processes

+ Build reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and improvement opportunities

+ Partner with regional People Ops, COEs, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and lead change management efforts

+ Establish and drive global process standards, templates, and documentation across People Operations

+ Identify and implement automation opportunities using Oracle HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), and other digital tools
