Manager-Process Excellence

Expected Functional Expertise:

• End to End Finance processes
  
• With fair understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain & Planning 
  
  

Roles and Responsibilities for Process Excellence-

1. ERP Implementation Oversight:

• Coordinate with various teams (e.g., Sourcing, Quality, SCM, Operations and IT) to obtain sign-offs on To be processes 
  
• Ensure timely project completion by adhering to defined sign-off matrices and timelines.
  
• Collaborate with business leads to design and standardize enterprise structures.
  

2. Process Design and Standardization:

• Define design principles for process design, prioritizing scalability.
  
• Establish process design standards and ensure compliance with the design framework.
  
• Lead and coordinate the design of global processes at the L4 level.
