Manager- Process and Product development

The position is accountable for:

This role will be primarily responsible for :-

• Liaison with local marketing team for overall project management like preparing Gantt charts, NPD meeting updates and samples sharing.
• Scheduling and completing all NPD trials in a timely manner in coordination with local mfg. team.
• Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialization of NPDs
• Regularly interact with Group R&D team for technology transfer and trials reporting.
• Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.
• Ensuring ownership of stability testing and regulatory compliances for relevant products.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Food technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology or Postgraduate in food technology (Preferred).
