Manager, Privacy Engineering

**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Manager, Privacy Engineering for our Compliance Assessment and Automation Team. Privacy Analysts on this team build data infrastructure to respond to regulatory inquiries and monitor the effectiveness of business-critical processes. They design and drive cross-functional privacy initiatives in support of Meta’s compliance objectives. The Manager, Privacy Engineering supports these analysts by hiring and developing the skills of a healthy, high-performance team. They also build relationships with cross-functional partners, such as Product Managers, Engineering Managers, GRC, and Legal that help their team stay focused on Meta’s most impactful work.We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in privacy, security, or data engineering, and a desire for supporting engineers in a fast-paced environment.
