You will have the proven ability to build and manage a competent team; mentor Project Managers and employees; achieve project and organizational targets; respond to the challenges and risks of the market; optimize financial, commercial, and project delivery performance; and develop business plans, programs, and organizational objectives to enhance margins, resource coordination, and utilization.
