JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

  • Responsible for overall management of HRM, HRD, Compensation & Benefit, General Affair and Employee Service support manufacturing operation of the responsible plant.
  • Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
  • Partnering with both plant functional and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
  • Work closely with employee relation Center for overall of ER strategy deployment and implementation such as the Employee Relation activities, Internal Communication, Welfare Committee management.
  • Responsible for management and control of Company’s rules and regulation, disciplinary management for the entire of plant operation.
  • Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other functional.
