**Job Description**
Join BAE Systems' award-winning security team at Electronic Systems (ES) as a Physical Security Manager. Responsible for leading the day to day execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization s enterprise physical security program. Reporting to the Director of Security Operations, this position provides operational leadership of the organizations physical security systems and supporting infrastructure, including electronic security technologies, identity management, and physical protective measures that safeguard company personnel, facilities and critical assets.

The role manages a team of security technology professionals responsible for system administration, alarm maintenance, badging operations, video surveillance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and project implementation across over sixty (60) facilities.
