Manager, People Operations

The Role

Mercy Community Services has an opportunity for a Manager, People Operations to join our People and Culture team based in Nudgee. This is a permanent full time position reporting to the Chief People Officer.

This role is responsible for building and leading effective day to day people operations across the organisation. You will oversee talent acquisition, HR coordination and people systems, ensuring services are reliable, compliant and delivered to a high standard. The position is hands on. It suits someone who enjoys improving how things work, creating structure, lifting capability in their team and making sure the fundamentals of the employee lifecycle are done well every time.
