Manager, People Insights

Overview

We are looking for a Manager, People Insights to join the Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation (E&T) team at KONE. This role builds and shapes the People Analytics insight capability, shifting from reporting to insight-led decision-making that influences business decisions and transformation. You will operate at the intersection of business, data, People & Communications, and strategy, acting as a thought partner to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business challenges into analytical questions and high-impact insights.
• Combine people, financial, and operational data to provide a holistic view for decision-making.
