Position Summary The Manager, People provides expert HR consultation, coaching, and support to leaders, enhancing talent management, engagement, and performance while implementing strategic people initiatives to achieve business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into talent plans, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Coach and advise leaders on core HR programs, including performance management, development planning, employee relations, compensation, and engagement.
- Advocate for associates, ensuring key people practices deliver a positive associate experience.
- Provide advice and counseling across all HR disciplines, ensuring compliance with policies and consistent application of HR programs and processes.
