CHEO is seeking a collaborative and highly skilled Manager, Payroll to lead payroll operations across CHEO, CHEO Research Institute and Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice. This is an opportunity for an experienced payroll leader to step into a complex, fast‑paced healthcare environment where precision, service, compliance, and partnership matter every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for payroll services supporting both unionized and non‑unionized employees.
  • Lead a dedicated payroll team while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, legislative compliance, collective agreement interpretation, strong internal controls, and exceptional service delivery.
