Job Description

The Payroll Manager is responsible for a wide range of complex payroll tasks in a fast-faced and changing environment. The main purpose of the job is to own and manage payroll operations, ensuring all pay elements are processed on time, accurately and in compliance with country legislation. To proactively manage the day-to-day payroll processes and management of the payroll team, working closely with the Benefits, HR, Accounting, Treasury, HRIS, Stock, Commission and Finance teams. Constantly looking to identify and implement improvement opportunities, both strategic and operational.

What You'll Do:

  • Fully manage and maintain payroll operations to ensure the accurate and timely payment of employees. This includes checking and signing off payroll prior to completion in the payroll system and submission to the outsourced tax provider.
