Role Purpose:

The Production Payroll Manager will manage end-to-end production payroll for Mexico and support payroll across Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. This role partners with production teams, HR, Finance, Legal, Labor Relations, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll. The candidate must be based in Mexico, bilingual in English and Spanish, and strongly familiar with Mexico labor laws and payroll compliance; LATAM payroll knowledge and Portuguese are a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Mexico production payroll and support union and non-union payroll activities across Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil
  • Validate timekeeping, earnings, deductions, overtime, allowances, union payments, statutory payments, and production pay elements
