Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assets Accounting: Verify assets working conditions, account for assets loaned to other entities, and donate or transfer functional assets to other agencies, non‑profit organisations, or public institutions.

Assets Disposal: Assist in the disposal of expired, redundant, or damaged assets from storage facilities.

Review and Engagement with Hotels: Review and extend existing agreements with hotels, arrange engagement sessions, conduct site reconnaissance, and assess compliance with new Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements.

Reporting and Ad Hoc Tasks: Prepare updates for internal reporting and perform other duties or ad‑hoc projects as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in any relevant field.

Operational Management: Strong operational management skills with a focus on customer‑centric service delivery.
