Managers will oversee Shift Supervisors in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. Responsibilities

• Create the setup for your shift and ensure the shift is set up for success.
• Assign registers and have drawers ready for Team Members before they arrive for their shift.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage, balanced staffing levels, and effective support for daily operations.
• Ensure Team Members clock in and out according to their scheduled shifts.
• Training and coaching new hires, set the tone for the shift, and act as a role model for the team.
