Job Summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Ortho SC Procurement (Jabil) to be based in Zuchwil, Switzerland. The Manager will serve as the end‑to‑end commercial, operational, and strategic owner of DePuy Synthes’ external manufacturing relationship with Jabil, beyond traditional supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial & Pricing Governance – Own end‑to‑end pricing governance for Jabil, including validation of raw material assumptions, cost drivers, baseline price setting, lead annual pricing cycles, identify and mitigate cost exposure risks, challenge supplier inputs, and establish structured governance mechanisms.
2. Contracting, Deal Structuring & Demand Governance – Own MPA structuring and execution, lead demand governance and inventory risk management, drive PO strategies, resolve contractual ambiguities, ensure alignment with operational realities.
