Overview

Athabasca University’s Human Resources is recruiting for a Manager, Organizational Development and Effectiveness who will lead the design and delivery of proactive talent development programs to advance the university’s Strategic Plan, Like No Other.

This role, part of the Human Resources team, focuses on building organizational effectiveness, professional and leadership development, talent and learning programs, culture, employee engagement and inclusion to create an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities
