Responsibilities
  • Learning Advisory & Pathway Design: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning pathways and implementation plans. Curate needs-based interventions and in-demand courses to build technical and enterprise leadership skills. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, success, and ROI.
  • Leadership Learning & Development: Support end-to-end implementation of leadership learning initiatives. Ensure programs drive measurable behavioral change and align with the company's leadership development framework.
  • Future-Fit Workforce Upskilling: Accelerate workforce readiness through structured learning roadmaps and implementation of learning tools and resources. Drive stakeholder buy-in and learner adoption. Partner with government institutions to secure training grants and subsidies such as the Career Conversion Programme (CCP).
