JOB SUMMARY:
Accountable for planning, execution and project management of effective organizational development & key talent development programs, processes and systems. Provides organizational development and systems support to enhance company culture, effectiveness and ability to achieve strategic business goals. Provides expertise and consultation to HR and Business interfaces regarding application of Organization Development and key talent development tools and processes to achieve superior business results. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
