Your Day to Day

• Lead order to invoice processes with a focus on delivering a superior customer service while meeting customers predefined deadlines, ensuring deployment industry leading standards
• Support business commitments through on-time, proactive communication as well driving first‑class operation. Taking lead on introducing best practices across various locations
• Execute strategy provided by Order to Cash LT and secure operational leadership through define and introduction of process metrics
• Maintain agile environment and re-prioritize workload for the team to balance expected seasonal processing workloads picks, customers issue remediation, business growth and scope migrations
