Position Summary

Responsible for managing the operations of the municipal drinking water distribution system, wastewater collection and transmission system, and environmental services programs such as solid waste collection/diversion programs, environmental monitoring, and municipally operated soil/clean‑fill site operations via a contingent of internal staff and contracted services. Responsible for water/wastewater licensing, monitoring, and quality management systems.
