Overview

Lead and manage logistics teams, overseeing daily operations and coordinating vessel, port, and container movements. Ensure operational planning and execution in collaboration with Head Office, terminals, depots, agents, and regional offices. Maintain data accuracy, timely documentation, and compliance with internal and external requirements. Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays, disruptions, and costs. Supervise billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of charges and cost recovery. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and uphold organized workflows to meet deadlines. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices. Participate in any other ad hoc activities as assigned.
