**Job Purpose and Impact**
The ServiceNow ITOM Manager will lead Cargill’s IT Operations Management (ITOM) function, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities across the enterprise. This role is responsible for ensuring robust visibility, automation, and operational efficiency within Cargill’s IT ecosystem, enabling proactive management of infrastructure and services. The manager will partner with technology and business teams to deliver solutions that enhance service reliability, reduce risk, and support global operational excellence.
