Manager Operations (Sales)
- Responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound call center activities.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to the Management.
- Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
- Experience working in multiple campaigns like Solar, Health insurance, DME, Final Expense & Medicare would be an added advantage.
- Responsible for managing and motivating the customer sales representatives to work simultaneously with them to hit KPIs and metrics.
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
