Manager - Operations

• Coordinate cross-project activities, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks across projects.
• Ensure resource allocation is optimized for efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices across projects.
• Spearhead the fulfillments working with Customers, TAG, RM, cross functional teams to onboard the new resources
• Communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management to provide status updates and manage expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience as a project manager / program manager or in similar managerial roles.
