Job Purpose

To lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across Alcon Global Services (AGS) functions using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management and Project Management methodologies, leveraging technology such as Process Intelligence, Power Automate, Business Intelligence, RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI etc. This role drives operational excellence, simplification, and transformation to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer experience.

Major Accountabilities

Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across AGS functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, R&D Operations, and Supply Chain etc. Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives or projects that deliver measurable business impact through process redesign, simplification, and automation.
