Manager, Online Field Application Engineer

Renesas Electronics is looking to build & lead a local team of 4-5 online Field Application Engineers, working alongside REN sales and focused on supporting mass market and channel partners in America. The role is a player coach role while building / running the team, also supporting customers and partners. The role will be the anchor point for this small team and will be instrumental in developing the business model and way of working for a long term sustainable high-quality support for our Americas mass market customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Build / develop / retain a customer centric team focusing on the best mix of technical & personal attributes for success.
• Build relationship and way of working (deployment/ coverage) with the REN sales and distribution partners in Americas.
