About the Role
We are hiring a Manager of TPM & Safety to help continue to build our high‑performing operations and join us in our mission to create healthy spaces for people to live, work and play in a sustainable way. This role will oversee our TPM & Safety programs to increase employee health and safety, and create opportunities for cost savings, product quality, and operational improvements. The manager will work across all teams in the company to ensure our facilities and safety programs meet our goals of operational excellence and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Health and Safety
- Develop, implement and continuously improve health and safety programs in alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and inspections to identify hazards, evaluate potential risks, and recommend appropriate preventative or corrective measures applying the hierarchy of controls.
