Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Manager of Surgical Services (RN) for their King City, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Provide oversight of perioperative services, including OR and related departments
+ Lead, organize, and manage daily department operations, staffing, and workflows
+ Supervise staff orientation, ongoing training, competency validation, and performance evaluations
+ Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action in accordance with hospital policy
+ Promote a positive, professional, and accountable work environment
Clinical & Patient Care Oversight
+ Ensure safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care across all patient populations
