Job Description
Become the Manager of Quality Systems at TransCanada Turbines (TCT), overseeing the ISO9001 system and shaping a culture of continuous improvement. This key role is based in Airdrie, Alberta.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead TCT's quality management initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and OEM standards. You will empower staff accountability, manage audits, and promote process optimization throughout the organization. Your expertise in ISO9001 will be pivotal in enhancing the quality framework and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy for TCT’s ISO9001 Quality Management System
• Continuously monitor QMS and provide strategic recommendations
• Facilitate training on quality management
• Support the achievement of the annual Quality Plan
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
