Manager of Professional Practice

Position Summary

University Health Network (UHN) at West Park Healthcare Centre is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Manager of Professional Practice (MPP) in the Transitional/ Reactivation Care Programme.

The MPP will provide professional‑practice leadership, develop, implement and maintain profession‑specific and interprofessional practice standards at the program‑level and across UHN, and support care delivery models in partnership with the Senior Director of Professional Practice.
