Our client is looking for a Manager of Digital Architecture to join their team in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico.

We are looking for a professional that will be in charge of this business unit, being responsible for the correct delivery of the project to clients, the complete sales cycle, and developing its talent.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify new business opportunities, leading the complete business cycle.
• Development of the unit's talent regarding the hiring process, professional growth, project assignment, career development among others.
• Execution of projects, ensuring the quality of delivery, supervision of deadlines, budget control, and planning.
• Responsible for the preparation and fulfillment of the income and investment budget of the service line.
