Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager of Coding is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the assignments of accurate medical and behavioral codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services performed by physicians and other qualified healthcare providers in the office setting. The Manager of Coding is proficient in coding across a wide range of services, including evaluation and management, surgery, radiology, pathology, behavioral, and medical procedures. The Manager of Coding demonstrates sound knowledge of medical coding guidelines and regulations including compliance and reimbursement.
