Manager, Pricing and Growth, Ocean Freight – DHL Global Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our ocean freight pricing and growth strategy. In this role, you will develop and execute OFR pricing activities, manage RFQ responses, and deliver commercial solutions to customers across global trade lanes.

Job Purpose

This role is critical in designing and implementing the OFR pricing & RFQ/tender management strategy and trade and route development management to support the commercial strategy in line with business objectives and corporate guidelines.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute OFR pricing activities, ensuring timely, efficient, and globally competitive RFQ responses.
