Manager - Occupational Health and Security (UAE National)

Responsibilities:

Occupational Health Management

• Manage and oversee occupational health programmes, including coordination of pre-employment and periodic medical screening and fitness-to-work assessment processes conducted by licensed healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate medical surveillance activities for personnel exposed to industrial hazards including heat stress, dust, noise, and chemical agents, in line with ADOSH-SF requirements.
• Coordinate investigation and follow‑up of occupational illness cases in consultation with licensed healthcare professionals, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit‑ready occupational health records, including medical surveillance registers, fitness‑to‑work records, and health exposure monitoring data.
