Job Description
Interlock with IRU partner and internal circle teams to ensure that agreed SLA targets are meet
Interlock with Partners to collaborate and work out improvement plans and track actions for closure
Despute resolution with partners for inventory/Payments
For new IRU fiber inventory, validation of inventory in terms of quality
Ensure new inventory is updated in GIS
Handling customer escalations
Monthly IRU fiber performance report publish
Monthly IRU fiber penalty calculation and publish to partner and get sign off from partners on applicable penalty
Drive network/process improvement projects
Drive for fiber loss improvement for IRU as well as built network
Skills Required
