Ø Interlock with IRU partner and internal circle teams to ensure that agreed SLA targets are meet
Ø Interlock with Partners to collaborate and work out improvement plans and track actions for closure
Despute resolution with partners for inventory/Payments
Ø For new IRU fiber inventory, validation of inventory in terms of quality
Ø Ensure new inventory is updated in GIS
Handling customer escalations
Ø Monthly IRU fiber performance report publish
Ø Monthly IRU fiber penalty calculation and publish to partner and get sign off from partner's on applicable penalty
