Job Description

**The Position**

The Manager, Negotiations is a negotiations process expert mainly responsible for executing pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance (pCPA) negotiation strategies and Product Listing Agreements (PLA)in alignment with the Head of Government Affairs. This role provides the framework, analytical foundation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination required to ensure high-quality, compliant and timely negotiation execution with pCPA and provincial payers. The Manager acts as the operational liaison with pCPA and provincial stakeholders, manages negotiation workflows, and contributes to process improvement and value-based agreement (VBA) approaches supporting the organization's strategic objectives. The incumbent may be involved in facilitating other negotiations processes as applicable (e.g. with private payers).
