Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Lending Services, the Manager, Mortgage Administration is responsible for overseeing the mortgage administration services function for BC Housing’s mortgage portfolios, including Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) devolved loans, new and existing social housing projects, and new housing programs. He/she/they leads the management of mortgage administration inquiries and requests from internal departments, housing providers, takeout lenders/counsel, CMHC, and external stakeholders; develops financial reports, procedures, templates and reporting tools; provides leadership and support to the team; and builds a collaborative and positive working relationship with team members and stakeholders. ...
