Within your team, your essential role will be:

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• Ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• Hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy;
• Supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them;
• Plan the budget for the pharmacy.

• Have management experience.
• Be mobilizing, autonomous, and dynamic by nature;
• Be a team player;
• Have experience in management.

Work Hours

Number of hours per week: 35 hours or more
