Manager, Mining Sales Support

At SMS Equipment, the Manager, Mining Sales Support plays a critical leadership role in enabling the success of our Mining Equipment Sales business. Reporting to the Vice President, Mining Equipment Sales, this role leads the Mining Sales Support function, including sales operations, reporting, financing support, and administrative processes.

You will provide both strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient sales execution, accurate forecasting, and strong alignment across internal stakeholders and OEM partners. This role directly contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence through optimized processes, data-driven insights, and competitive financing solutions.

Work Location: Acheson, ABSalary:$125,000 to $140,000, plus incentive planWork Arrangement: Hybrid – providing the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week
Schedule:Monday – Friday
