Employment Type: Full-Time
Expected Salary: Rs.170,000 to 200,000 depending on experience & qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve members day-to-day complaints
Manage day-to-day membership operations and serve as the primary contact for members
Handle member onboarding, renewals, and retention initiatives
Maintain accurate membership records and reports
Draft and disseminate member communications and updates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience in customer service, membership services, administration, or customer relations
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database/CRM systems
